There are many methods to take screenshots on windows 10. Windows 10 provide many options to do that types of things. Microsoft Windows make these task easier by providing a lot of features.
METHOD 1: By using the Notification panel.

As you can see there is an option for screen snip by clicking on that option you can able to take screenshots by selecting the area using your mouse. And it will be saved on your clipboard after that you can save that screenshot as png or as an image file.

METHOD 4: Take a Screenshot using prt sc Button.
This button is present on your keyboard on the right side of your keyboard. This button is also known as Print Screen Button. Only you need to do just press that button. It will take screenshots of your screen after that Press WIN+R for RUN.
Type MSPaint and hit ENTER, now CTRL+V to paste your screenshot and then save it as an image file.

METHOD 5: If doing work on MS Word.
If you are working on Microsoft Word, then it will also an inbuilt feature to attach the screenshot without switching the window.
