How to: Fix Seculauncher [2000] Error

STEP 1: Click on START then Control panel and choose “Add/Remove Programs”.

STEP 2nd: Find the “Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable” Click on that and then choose to UNINSTALL.

3rd STEP: Now locate your GTA IV main directory.

STEP 4th: Search for vcredist_x86.exe and Install it.
